20-24 strawberries, bottoms trimmed 240 g cream cheese ½ cup sifted icing sugar 1 teaspoon v.ess Blueberries Crushed tennis biscuits
Sift icing sugar into cream cheese Add v.ess and mix till smooth Refrigerate for a few how hrs
Wash strawberries pat dry, sliced bottoms. Place standing flat and slice crossways till ¾ way down. Place cream cheese filling in piping bag and pipe into the middle of strawberry. Top with blueberries. Crush some tennis biscuits and sprinkle over tops Refrigerate for an hour. Then serve Enjoy!
