RECIPE
                      
Marinate:
1 kg cut up chicken pieces
3 tablespoon Aminas butter chicken spice
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
¼ teaspoon tumeric
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon dhana jeera mix
½ teaspoon garum masala
½ teaspoon chilli powder
2 slit whole chilli green or red
1 teaspoon tomato sauce
Method
Add ghee (Clarified butter) in pot add ¼ onion
Saute add the marinated chicken
Cook on low heat 
Not too dry
Garnish with green chopped dhania (coriander)
Enjoy
Potatoes 
Serve with  skinned boiled salted potatoes 
With white pepper. Cream cheese butter and grated cheddar or Gouda  .garnish with parsley  
Heat in microwave before serving
