Chicken:1 kg fillets cubed small Cook with: 1 teaspoon ginger garlic 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)3 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice 1 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 small finely diced onionCook in ghee (Clarified butter).When coolAdd in 2 tablespoon of:Tomato sauce mustard sauce bbq sauce chilli sauce steers creamy peri peri sauce.Dough:2½ cups flour 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)½ teaspoon baking powder Boiling water 2 make soft dough Divide into 25 small balls. Roll out dry fry on hot tawa. Brush garlic butter Fill with saucy chicken Roll up. Brush chutney Sprinkle cheese and chopped peppers and parsley Bake till cheese 🧀 melts Serve warm
