My Different Style
I used both Aminas Portuguese Marinade /Sauce And my own homemade Concoction of the Portuguese marinadeMARINATE THE CHICKEN SEE BELOWKEEP FOR FEW HOURS INGREDIENTS 8 - 10 Chicken Drumsticks or6 Chicken Fillet or Cut up Chicken Cubes (so u can skewer and grill in oven 4 tablespoon oil 4 tablespoon Amina's Portuguese Marinade and Sauce and I also used my own homemade Portuguese Marinade 2 teaspoon Sunbrand Tikka spice+-1 ½ teaspoon Kashmiri Chili ½ teaspoon Lemon pepper or Black pepper 1 teaspoon Ginger and garlic½ teaspoon crushed GarlicPinch of tumeric Salt to taste 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise or can use Green Mayo chutney(Lemon juice is optional Don't want it sour) Mix all of the above together Keep for few hoursPlace in Pot to cook on Stove When almost done I just add few ¼ cup FRESH CREAM Simmer till sauce Thickens I did a Short Version I added a bit of butter to the Chicken stirred few minutes and served I did not make a seperate sauceI garnished with fresh dhania (coriander) Before serving Serving suggestion Sliced in rings Steamed ButternutMethod For the ButterNut once steamed I added olive oil Rosemary salt pepper and brown sugar and cinnamon Covered in Foil and bake for 20 minutes in Oven at 180* Enjoy
