INGREDIENTS
1 ½ kg chicken 1 full chicken + 500g cubed fillet MARINATE: Garlic 2 heaped teaspoonGinger garlic 1 teaspoon ¾ teaspoon haldiSalt2tspn dhana jeeru (cumin)4 teaspoon Chilli powder1 teaspoon Shan Korma masala 2 teaspoon of the garam masala prepared¼ cup yogurt .
5-6 onions sliced
Dry roast (Garam Masala)1tbplsn jeeru (cumin)4 elaichi8 peppercorns7 cloves1 Inch Cinnamon¼ teaspoon NutmegFor 5 minutes and grind into fine mixture
Grind 10 Cashews1 ½ tablespoon desicated coconut12 AlmondsWith little bit water
METHOD
1. Saute onions till they brown in 1 cup mixture of oil and ghee (Clarified butter)(Mixed) 2. Once brown take out ¾ of the onions3. Then add in your marinated chicken in the onion let it cook ..4. Once chicken half way done add in 3 grated tomatoes and 2 tablespoon tomato puree5. Grind the left over ¾ of onion with 1 cup yogurt and Add in the chicken6. Then add in the grinded nuts mixture And can add little fresh cream (Optional)7. Fry potatoe wedges and layer on top
