fish of your choice stuffing : 2 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 tablespoon red chilli paste 2 chopped green chilli / 1 teaspoon ground green chilli 1 lemon freshly squeezed ½ brunch fresh chopped parsley ¼ bunch fresh chopped mint 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon fish spice 1 tablespoon jeera powder 1 tablespoon sumac salt to taste 1 ½ chopped onion 2 chopped tomatoes 1 big sachet tomato paste ¼ cup olive oil
1 sliced tomato ½ sliced lemon
In a big bowl mix all the ingredients together . place the fish in a big oven tray or pyrex . stuff the fish with the mixture . add sliced lemon and tomatoes inside and coat the top and bottom of fish as well . cover with foil( remove foil after 15 minutes ) and bake for about 30 to 40 minutes or until cooked .
