4 pieces chicken breast thinly sliced or cut into strips
Marinade with :
1 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoon mochachos spice
Marinade few hours. Preferably overnight
½ cup flour
¼ cup zinger spice mild
¼ cup zinger spice hot
Mix the flour and spices together & coat fillet.
Pre heat oven to 180 deg .
Fry fillet in hot oil about 10 minutes
Place fillets onto a wire rack that is resting on oven tray bake for further 15 minutes. This will give the coat more crunch as well as drain the access oil.
