Drumsticks 2 tomatoes 1 big potato or 2 small 1 big brenjol or 4 to 5 baby brenjols dhania (coriander)
1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon ginger ground green chili ( how strong you eat ) 1 teaspoon jeera powder 2 teaspoon dhana powder ¼ teaspoon haldi salt
ingredients powder curry leaves little Rye (black seed) seeds oil
Add some oil to a pressure cooker keep it on low heat , add the ginger garlic and ground green chili , add all the chopped veggies along wit the dry spices also add 2 cups of water bring to boil , close the pressure cooker lid allow this to cook approx 4 to 5 whistles .
before serving for the temper : in a small pan add some oil heat it up add the Rye (black seed) allow to pop add the ingredients powder and curry leaves , pour this to cooked veggie . if there is still a lot of water in the veggie just burn it out .
garnish with freshly chopped dhania (coriander)
