INGREDIENTS
Base100g melted Margarine1 packet crushed tennis biscuits
FillingΒ½ cups fresh lemon juice1 cup of water1 tin of condensed milk (385g)2 cups of cremora powder
METHOD
Start with the base.Mix melted margarine/butter with your crushed biscuits and press evenly into a tart dish or glass dish rest in fridge until needed.
Now the fillingMix 2 cups of cremora with 1 cup of water until no lumps form set aside.
In a separate bowl mix lemon juice and condensed milk until smooth.Add cremora mixture stir rapidly with a whisk until thickened quickly pour over your base as it will already begin setting. Leave to chill in the fridge 1-2 hours.

A flop proof recipe. That's always a winner β€
I grated chololate over and added 1 teaspoon of peppermint essence when combining the filling ingredients, just for a different flavour essence can be voided.
