8 kingklip filletsOlive oil (garlic flavor)Ground black pepper 5 tablespoons Steers garlic sauce5 tablespoons Steers mustard sauceHalf a cup fresh cream5 tablespoons mayonnaise Half a teaspoon cayenne pepper Half a teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)Dash of lemon juiceQuarter cup milk
Wash and dry fillets with a paper towel. Lightly smear baking tray with oil. Place fillets and top with black pepper and a little olive oil. Gently massage in. Cover tray with foil and bake at 180 till half baked Mix in the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Bring to a boil +- 2 minutes, over medium heat. Top sauce over fillets, bake till done.
