INGREDIENTS
1 packet Tennis Biscuits +-125g melted Butter or margarine (it must wettish be able to be pressed easily .not be dry)1 tin condensed milk+- ¼ cup lemon juice ( I use lecol juic & add little by little to condensed milk and taste add more lemon juice if you require)Few drops of lemon essence (optional)2 cups Cremora powder1 cup cold water250 g fresh cream
METHOD
Crush biscuits not fine and mix with melted butter or margarineGrease a pie dish or casserole or line with foil and spray & cook or grease the foil ..Press the crumbed butter biscuit mixture into the casserole and press well then place in the fridge for 10 minutes till it hardensThen Mix condensed milk and lemon juice add little by littleTill you satisfied with the lemony sweet flavour
In a separate bowl, beat the Cremora with the water until thickish Mix the condensed milk and with the Cremora mixture and pour into the casseroleChill for +- 1 hour Now decorate with whipped cream little crumbed biscuits coconut flake
