Must refrigerate 3-4 kg mangos skinned and choppedSprinkle little salt over Then Take 2 packets chopped dates or more And add 1 cup vinegar soak When soft puree itNow seperately Make a syrup with 1 cup sugar 1 cup vinegar Allow to coolNow add all of the above to the mangoesFor wagaar In a seperate potHeat 2 cups oil (make sure oil can cover the achaar) make wagaarHandful curry leavesAny amount of Mustard seeds 3 tablespoon crushed garlic or sliced garlic cloves As it splutters Add 1 full cup akalwaya pickle masalaBraise few minutes as it braisesAdd any amount thill (sesame seeds) (sesame seeds) toss with the masala and Quickly move from. Stove Pour this over the mangoesMix wellAdjust the taste if need be Place in Tupperware or pickle JarKeep out for 1 day in a cool place Then refrigerate
