1 kilo chicken
2 level teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 heap teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
3 teaspoon Calistos peri peri spice
2 teaspoon chilli powder
4 teaspoon lemon juice
4 level teaspoon ginger garlic
2 teaspoon red masala/najmas chilli paste
1 teaspoon garam masala
4 teaspoon Amina’s butter chicken marinade
3 tomatoes (liquidised)
2 tablespoon oil
¾ cup yogurt
Mix all the ingredients together and set aside.Braze onions in a little butter/ghee (Clarified butter) till translucent then add the chicken mixture.once cooked add ½ cup fresh cream and simmer on low heat.
