Strawberry Sponge Cake

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs
¾ cup sugar
1 cup flour
3 teaspoon baking powder

Boil
1 cup whole milk
3 tablespoon butter

METHOD

Beat eggs till pale add sugar and beat till fluffy pale too... fold in flour and baking powder then add milk mix. Bake in two round tins.
Please note doesnt rise alot.
Beat fresh cream spread on cooled cake throw choped strawberries and flak. add next layer and repeat. Decorate as desired

INFO & TIPS

I made mine in sheet pan. Made two batchs... that 2 sheets cut both in half gave me 4 sheet. If u do this be careful as the sheets are delicate fill as above. Its also very tasty this way As i dnt like to much cake in the layers.
