Chocolate cake (This is my sis inlaw recipe)
1 cup flour
1cup castor sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ cup boiling water
3 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
½ cup oil
4 eggs
Method:
Sift dry ingredients 2 times accept castor sugar.beat egg yolks light add boiling water vanilla and oil gradually to it.add castor sigar beat well. Add dry ingredients.beat egg white till stiff .fold into batter . Pour into greased pans .bake in a pre heated oven 180 degrees for ½ hour .dont open oven in first 15 minutes .
Icing
Beat fresh cream add icing sugar a ¼ cup cocoa .ice cake sprinkle grated chocolate.
Or u can make a butter chocolate icing ....as you wish
