INGREDIENTS
250g butter1 cup icing sugar3 tablespoons cocoa½ cup maizena (corn flour) 1 egg
Flour as needed- start with 2 cups
METHOD
Beat ingredients together in the order listed then add flour to make a soft dough. (I added around 3 cups.) Dough is right when it doesn't stick to a clean, dry finger.
Push through nozzle with your thumb straight onto greased baking tray.Bake in well preheated oven on 180°c for about 7-8 minutes or until set.
Cool completely before drizzling with melted chocolate and a shaving of nuts. Enjoy with a cuppa☕
