4 eggs separated... 1 cup castor sugar... 1 cup selfraising flour... 1 teaspoon vanilla essence... ¼ cup oil. ½ cup boiling water... 2 full tablespoon cocoa.. 1 teaspoon coffee... Beat egg whites til stiff.. Add sugar gradually and beat... Mix yolks and vanilla... Add flour.. Mix cocoa wth the water and oil... Add to mixture and beat.. Pour batter into two greased round cake pans... Bake on 180 for 20 minutes... Cool... Melt one slab dairy milk chocolate and add a small tin nestle cream... Mix together... Pour over cake.
Sumi's Topping was 1 slab dairymilk melted. To it I added chocolate flavoured whipped fresh cream ( the one in the can) until I got a nice spreadable ganache. Drizzled milky bar over. Deco as desired.
