Beat 2gether:
4 eggs
1 cup castor sugar
1 teaspoon peppermint essence
Add in:
1 cup flour
2 teaspoon bakin powder
2 tablespoons maizena (corn flour)
Beat 2 combine
Add in:
½ cup oil
½ cup boilin water
¼ teaspoon green colourin
Beat 2 blend
Bake in swissroll pan at 180 deg
Cut in2 squares and sandwich usin choc ganache..
Decorate as desired

½ cup nestle cream
1 slab dairy milk
I cut cake in2 4 quarters..sandwich th quarters usin ganache..den cut in2 squares..leev in place..do not move out of position...cover th whole quarter wit choc ganache and den separate th squarez b4 th choc can set It takes tym 2 do each square...much faster dis way
Sumi tweaked a bit.
I baked in a bunt pan for 25-30 minutes
For topping I melted 1 Cadbury mint crisp and smeard on top only For the drips I melted dairy milk
