4 eggs separated
½ cup oil
½ cup boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup flour
1 cup castor sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup cocoa
2 teaspoon baking powder - beat with egg whites
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon strong coffee
1 teaspoon caramel essence or vanilla essence
1 big can nestle cream
1 can caramel treat
Preheat oven to 180degrees
Beat first 4 ingredients until sugar dissolves and well blended .
Add the second 4 ingredients and beat until combined .
In a separate bowl beat together the egg whites with the baking powder and add to the above batter.
Pour mixture into a greased square Pyrex dish ( big size )
Bake for 20 minuted or until completely done .
Prepare syrup by adding all the ingredients to a pot and giving it a boil until syrup thickens .
When the cake is ready , poke holes into it using a folk while hot and pour the syrup evenly to the cake
Let this cool completely .
Open both cans , using a whisk smooth out both cans , combine the 2 smoothen mix together in a bowl and pour oven the cake . Garnish with chocolate
