20 Marshmellows(10 pink/10 white)
200g Cadbury's Dairy Milk Chocolate
2x250ml Fresh Cream
1 cup milk
in a double boiler melt marshmellows with 1 cup
of milk.mix till a smooth liquid form.remove and
cool.When cool,pour into pyrex.
melt dairy milk choc and add to marshmellows.mix
till desolved in.
Whip fresh cream 1 at a time adding 2 tablespoon of
castor sugar when whipping.
add to choc mixture mixing together till mousse
decorate with flake.cover and refriderate
