20 Marshmallows (10 pink/10 white)200g Cadbury's Dairy Milk Chocolate2x250ml Fresh Cream1 cup milkFlake choc.
METHOD
in a double boiler melt marshmallows with 1 cup of milk.mix till a smooth liquid form.remove and cool.When cool,pour into pyrex.melt dairy milk choc and add to marshmallows. mix till desolved in.Whip fresh cream 1 at a time adding 2 tablespoon of castor sugar when whipping.add to choc mixture mixing together till mousse form.decorate with flake.cover and refrigerate
