INGREDIENTS
250g good quality dark chocolate, chopped into small
pieces (I used 80g nestle duo dark & milk choc & 170g
Frey\'schocobloc dark chocolate)
150g marshmallows( I used pink & white cut in smaller
pieces)
50g soft butter
60ml boiling water
280ml whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
METHOD
Combine the marshmallows, butter, chocolate and
water in a double boiler over medium – low heat,
stirring occasionally till all melted and combined.
Remove from the heat and leave to cool a little.
Meanwhile, whip the cream with the vanilla until thick.
Fold it into the chocolate mixture until mixed.
Divide between serving dishes and chill till needed!

I decorated with Lindt chocolate and fresh cream :P
