INGREDIENTS
1 cup flour1 cup Sugar1 cup Milk½ cup oil¼ cup coco powder 2 eggs1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla essence ¼ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
METHOD
Sift all dry ingredients together Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.Add oil + milk
Pour into a baking tray of your choice and bake on 180° for 25 minutes. (Please check with tester if done)
Top with chocolate ganache :
Slab of plain dairy milk chocolate Small tin Nestle dessert cream
Melt together and pour over cake
Grate a piece of chocolate over.
