INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon butter¾ cup sugar1 egg1 tablespoon apricot jam 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 1 cup milk1 teaspoon coffee diluted in 1 tablespoon of hot water.2 tablespoon cocoa powder ¾ cup flour
Sauce:1 and half cup fresh cream/long life or milk.250gr baking chocolate.Half hot water1 teaspoon vanilla essence 100gr butter1 teaspoon coffee diluted in 1 tablespoon of hot water
METHOD
Beat sugar and butter . Add the egg,beat than add apricot jam. Beat well. Add vinegar, mix the bicarbonate of soda with milk than add it to the mixture, add the diluted coffee. Sift cocoa powder, & flour,Add to the mixture. Combine well. Bake at 150°c for 45 to 50 minutes until it turns brown in colour.
Boil all the ingredients for the sauce. Poke the pudding once its out off the oven. Throw half the sauce over, make sure it soaks well into the pudding to make it gooey. Keep it in the warm oven for 10 minutes. Serve with the leftover sauce. Enjoy this warm 🍫 pudding 🤪😜
