INGREDIENTS

For the base:

1pkt biscuit
Butter

Filling:

1cup orange juice (or any other flavoured juice) -to get the tangy flavour
500ml first choice cream
1/2tin condensed milk
2tblsp gelatin

METHOD

Base
-Grind the biscuits and mix with melted butter, lay this in your cheesecake pan and refrigerate

Filling
-Heat 1/2cup orange juice in a microwave, add to that ½ cup room temperatured juice and gelatin, mix well and keep aside.
-Beat the cream well, add to it condensed milk and the gelatin mixture and beat for like 2mins or till well combined.
-Set this on the base and refrigerate
-Takes 2/3 hours to set

Add jelly to it once set
