Cheesecake Filling:- 1 tub cream cheese 1 cup heavy cream ½ cup granulated white sugar 3 teaspoons of the coffee mix 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 2 egg white (beat till stiff) beat together cream cheese and granulated sugar till smooth and creamy.now add vanilla and coffee mix. Mix well. Now add whipped heavy cream and egg whites. Mix slowly with spatula. Dip your ladyfingers in coffee. Lay them into your cake tin. Now spread over cream cheese mixture. Then again lay over cream cheese dipped ladyfingers. Now again pour cream cheese mixture. Now keep it in fridge for set at least overnight. Before serving keep in freezer for two hours. Now pour chocolate ganache. and serve.
Chocolate ganache;- 1 and 1⁄4 cupsemi-sweet chocolate, chopped 1 cup heavy cream 1 tablespoon butter Heat the cream in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring just to a boil. When the cream has come to a boil, pour it over the chopped chocolate and let sit until chocolate has softened, about 3-5 minutes. Add butter and whisk until smooth. Allow ganache to cool slightly before pouring over a cake.Remove the cake from the freezer. Pour chocolate ganache over the tiramisu cheesecake. Decorate the cake as desired.😊
