1 kg lamb mince 2 medium onions grated and squeezed 1 tablespoon ginger garlic 2 teaspoon crushed green chillies 1 tablespoon ground jeeru (cumin) 1 tablespoon ground dhana 2 teaspoon salt adjust to taste 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon Paprika Chopped greens Wooden Skewers
Mix everything together. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Mould handful of the mixture around the skewer to form a sausage. Place back in the fridge until ready to use. Drizzle olive oil. Grill over the braai (bbq) or oven on 180 deg for 15 minutes.
