I Adapted without Cream Cheese
RECIPE
Golden Cloud 500g ready Carrot Cake mix ORAny Ready Cartot Cake MixAdd little ¼ teaspoon Mixed Spice optionalAdd ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon powder optional Mix all of the above togetherKeep aside Then In a seperate Dish combine and Beat well:2 large Eggs100 ml Oil+-225 Ml water - (add a bit more for a nice consistency) 1 teaspoon Vanilla essenceBeat wellI added the Flour gradually to the mix till well combined Fill muffin cups ¾ fullBake at 180* for 15-20 minutes or until doneCOOLTip:Chop Pecans and Sprinkle overBefore Baking
(Optional may Frost and sprinkle over once cooled) Icing Tip without Cream Cheese1 & ¼ Cup Icing Sugar60 g Soft ButterFew drops MilkDecorate Enjoy😋
