
Choc Mint Cake

*4 eggs*1 cup castor sugar½ cup oil1 ½ cups flour2 ½ teaspoon baking powderPinch of salt ½ cup boiling water
METHOD
Beat eggs and sugarAdd in oilSift in dry ingredients Add in boiling water
Make 2 parts of batterand mix one in 1 ½ tablespoon cocoaand other in green coloring and peppermint essence
Pour in tray as desired.
Bake at 180c for 35 -40 minutes
Decorate as desired
