INGREDIENTS
Chicken fillet cut into thin strips
Polony in circles thn cut in half
Viennas in wheel
Potaoes cut into chips
Tom sauc
Mayo
Mustard
Cheese
Onion
Green pepper
dhania (coriander) to garnish
METHOD
1 st cut up evrything and put aside..
Then braise onion, green pepper and tomatoe with salt paprika and little bbq spice
Then put the stir fry into a dish
Then in the same pan fry all your polonies..then add tht to your stir fry in the dish
Then your fillet marinate it wth paprika salt lemon juice, bbq spice and chicken spice
Then cook in little oil I use coconut oil
Then wen it's cooked add to your dish wth the polonies and stir fry..
Then fry your chips and spice it wth salt, vinegar and chilli powder..
Then add it to your dish wth the rest of the stf..add little tomatoe sauce and mustard and mayo and mix it in add few spring onion then top wth cheese and grill..

Very yummy n goes quick..nice thing with this wen leftovers put into long rolls and u gt ready made subs
Put into roti with some salad ready made roti rolls..n u can put into dough and make ur own ak wil post recipe..
