INGREDIENTS
▫3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
▫Half kg chicken fillet cubed (not very )
▫1 teaspoon salt
▫1 teaspoon fine dhana powder
▫Half teaspoon fine jeera powder
▫1 teaspoon red chilli powder (depending on taste)
▫Half teaspoon turmeric
▫Quarter teaspoon crushed black pepper
▫Half teaspoon crushed garlic
▫1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala
▫2 tablespoon tomato sauce
▫2 tablespoon Amina's Prego sauce or similar
▫Frozen corn
▫Wraps (purchased or home made)
▫Cucumber and lettuce (any other salad ingredients)
▫ Mayonnaise
METHOD
▫Marinate chicken in all ingredients until Prego sauce.
▫Heat ghee (Clarified butter) and cook marinated chicken on medium heat.
▫When chicken is almost done, add corn.
▫For each wrap, spread mayonnaise, layer chicken over, followed by lettuce and cucumber (you may add onions, tomatoes, feta cheese, etc at this point)
▫Add more mayo on top of preferred
▫Close wrap and serve immediately.
