• Make a batter of the above ingredients using few tablespoons of water. • Dip chicken into the prepared batter and deep fry for about 5 minutes (frying them for too long will make them dry) and keep aside. Ingredients for the sauce:¼ cup spring onions, finely chopped,1 tablespoon ginger garlic chopped/paste2 finely chopped green chillis½ teaspoon red chilli powder2 teaspoon soya sauce1 tablespoon chilli sauce2 teaspoon vinegar1.5 tablespoons tomato sauce1.5 tablespoon tomato ketchup½ teaspoon brown sugarsalt as required1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves • Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a thick bottomed pan, add ginger garlic, green chillies, onions – fry for 2-3 minutes • Add brown sugar, chilli powder and rest of the sauces, combine well and add few tablespoons of water; cook for 2 minutes. • Add the fried chicken pieces and toss for 2-3 minutes on high flame. • Turn off the heat and garnish with cilantro and spring onion greens.
