INGREDIENTS
1 kg boneless skinless chicken thighs¼ cup olive oil1 large lemon, juiced (about 2 tablespoon4 cloves garlic , crushed 1 tablespoon honey1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon onion powder¼ teaspoon dried oregano¼ teaspoon chilli pepper flakes salt and pepper, to taste¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
METHOD
Clean & wash the thighs in a large bowl.Mix all spices & everything in another bowl & marinade the thighs for 1 hour. Or you can marinade it a ‘Jiffy bag ‘for extra flavour overnight in your fridge..Add the thighs on a baking tray lined with foil & drizzle of oil at the bottom ..Bake @ 180 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes, depending on your ovenAdd more lemons🍋 halves when baking in the oven!Pour the leftover sauce on top .Can be served Shared on my pages🌹🌹🌹 ‘Honey Milk Rolls’ & Naan Flatbread and roasted vegetables on the side.
