RECIPE
1 chicken butterflied 2 teaspoon crushed garlic1&½ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon crushed chillies½ teaspoon cumin & coriander powder½ teaspoon turmeric½ teaspoon lemon pepper1 tablespoon lemon juice
Marinate chicken in above for at least 2 hoursCook on stove top until dry Place into an oven proof casserole
1 Cup fresh cream2 tablespoon tomato paste3 tablespoon Minnie’s Mozambican garlic sauce3 tablespoon Minnie’s extra hot peri peri sauce (I used mild)3 tablespoon lemon peri peri sauce 1 slice garlic butter
Mix together and pour over chicken
Garnish with:½ onion sliced ½ green pepper slicedCoriander chopped
Grill for about 10mins Serve with chips, wedges, pita or roti - I served with a green salad and Woolies mini loaves
