Cut half butter don't peel. cube & boil with little salt & 1 teaspoon sugar cook until soft. Drain of water allow to coolIn a pan add 2 teaspoon olive oil heat then add 1 teaspoon crushed garlic some curry leaves 2 whole green chillies. Fry for few seconds. Pour over salad. Mix gently. Sprinkle sesame over.
Optional A hand full of mix nuts can also be added.
