1 cup grated gouda cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
3 cups grated gouda cheese
2 cups frozen corn
2 large onions (diced fine)
Handful fresh dhania (coriander) (chopped)
Handful chives/shallots (chopped)
Ground green chilli (to taste)
Cook corn in microwave with salt and pepper to taste until just tender. Cool before adding to cheese.
Mix everything together and fill in samoosa pur. Seal with lai and freeze.
(Makes 6-8 dzn samoosas depending on size of pur and how full you fill pur)
