RECIPE
Extra cheesy Mac and cheese Boil 1 packet pasta of your choice. Drain set aside. Melt 100g margarine and 1 block cheddar cheese cubed in small pieces. Melt on low. Once melted add in 1 tub sour cream and ½ cup fresh cream or ½ tin evaporated milk and 1 tin creamed mushrooms and salt and pepper and ½ cup bread crumbs. Add pasta to sauce. Mix well. Lay ½ pasta in Pyrex, sprinkle ½ cup cubed cheddar or gouda and little breadcrumbs. Pour ova remaining pasta. Sprinkle more grated cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.Recipe credit : tia mowry
