INGREDIENTS
500g chicken mince 1 teaspoon garlic
1tblsp butter 1 teaspoon salt
1 onion chopped ½ teaspoon chilli powder
1 tomatoes grated ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1tblsp chicken spice 4 tablespoon sweetcorn
2 capsicum chopped
Braise onions in butter until is soft add garlic and add rest of the ingredients. Cook until is done.
METHOD
(Pastry)
3 cup flour 4 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt 1 cup lukewarm milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup ghee (Clarified butter) and oil mix for smearing
1 cup corn flour for sprinkling
Mix all dry ingredients rub in butter and make dough with milk. Divide dough into small balls. Roll out each ball in to a thin roti, smear each roti with ghee (Clarified butter) and sprinkle with cornflour. Make 2 piles of 6 rotis each. Roll out each pile into a large rectangle. Smear again with ghee (Clarified butter), sprinkle corn flour then roll like a Swiss roll. Cut into 1cm pieces. Put each piece side ways then roll like puri. Smear edges with water, then put filling in the centre and cover with other puri. Fry shallow until a nice golden brown.
