INGREDIENTS

1 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder½ teaspoon bicarb 2 -3 Tablespoons sugar 1 egg 2 tablespoons melted butter1 teaspoon vanilla essence ¾ cup buttermilk

METHOD

1.) place all the dry ingredients in a bowl. 2.) combine the vanilla, egg butter whisk and add into buttermilk and whisk until combined.3.) add this mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter is formed. 4.) cook on medium heat for a few Minutes on each side
