1 chicken, disjointed, cut into quarters ½ cup double thick, Greek or plain yoghurt ¼ cup Aminas wonder chicken Tikka marinade Juice of one lemon
Wash and drain chicken well. Combine all ingredients add chicken and leave to marinade 4-6 hours preferably overnight. Pre heat oven to 180°Cup. Place Marinated chicken in a pyrex oven proof dish. Cook for 30 minutes on 180 then turn on the griller and grill for 10-15 minutes. Alternatively you can cook chicken in a pot until done. Transfer to a pyrex and grill for 15 minutes on 180°Cup Serve with chips and garlic bread.
