-1 tin tuna (drained)
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 medium onion(diced)
-1⁄2 teaspoon red chilli powder
-1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) powder
-1/2 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
-1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala
-1 tomato (finely chopped)
-coloured peppers (sliced)
-few whole green chilli
-chopped green dhania (coriander)
-1 cup rice (pre-boiled boiled with salt and arad (Turmeric))
1.)Braise onions in oil and ghee (Clarified butter) till golden brown.
2.)Add the chilli powder,salt,arad (Turmeric),ginger garlic masala and dhana jeeru (cumin).
3.)Add the potatoes and cook on low heat for 5-10mins then add the tomato,whole green chilli,green dhana and coloured peppers and cook till potato is almost cooked,lastly, add the tuna and pre boiled rice. Mix well
4.)Steam on low for 5-10 minutes.
