1 tin tuna with veg oilCubed English cumcumber1 small ripe tomotoes cubed or few cherry 1 small onion finely chopped 1 small jalapeño chilli chopped in rings Salt and pepper sprinkleOlive oil spritzAvacado bite sizes1 teaspoon lemon juiceFresh leave dhania (coriander) finely choppedMayo or salad dressing Bread roll or serve on open top slices of French loaf garnish with slices of avacado and cherry. METHOD
In a small bowl add chopped cucumber, tomotoes, Onions and jalapeño add tuna all seasonings. Lightly toss the sambal. Serve on buttered bread roll or open top French loaf slices of avacado and cherry on top. Dallop of salad cream or mayo dressing of your choice. Garnish with fresh dhania (coriander) leaves.
