500g pasta (of your choice)2 tins shredded tuna in brine (drained)1 onion (sliced)2 tablespoon oil1 cup All Gold tomato & herb pasta sauce OR sundried tomato & olive½ teaspoon ground green chillies, 1 teaspoon crushed garlic½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper1 cup diced rainbow peppers½ cup grated carrots2-4 tablespoon mayonnaiseChopped flat leaf parsley
1. Boil pasta with good pinch salt and drizzle oil till al-dente. 2. Drain and cool completely .3. Heat oil and cook onion till softened.4. Add chillies, garlic and spices, saute for a minute, then add pasta sauce. 5. Heat and cook through for few minutes, then add in drained tuna & mix together.6. Mix in pasta. Allow to cool completely.7. Add in carrots, peppers & mayo. Mix in.8. Garnish with parsley.

May add other veg liked sliced olives/ cucumbers etc.
