½ tin sweet corn 2 teaspoon green masala 1 teaspoon garlic Ground pepper 3 teaspoons mexican spice
1 chicken1 ½ tablespoon green masala 3 teaspoons garlic2 teaspoons salt3 teaspoons Mexican spice 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies Ground pepper arad (Turmeric)2-3 cups Liquidised tomatoesTomato puree
Method:1. Boil rice with arad (Turmeric) 2. Fry sliced potatoes and sprinkle with Mexican spice3. Sir fry onions and pepper in butter and sprinkle spice over4. Add green masala, garlic, pepper and Mexican spice to corn 5. Braise chicken in ghee (Clarified butter) with masala and spices6. Add tomatoes and tomato puree to the chicken and cook.
Mix all ingredients together and steam
