Mexican Fillets

Mexican chicken fillets Tried by @fouzy_pal_1
1 kg chicken fillet butterflied 1+½ teaspoon crushed garlic 2 teaspoon coarse chillies 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red chillie paste2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger 🫚 garlic 1 teaspoon BBQ spice (ive used 1 teaspoon Calcutta grill dust)½ teaspoon white pepper2 tablespoon lemon juice2 tablespoon vinegar 3 tablespoon mayo3 tablespoon heaped Mexican spice (hot or lemon and herb) I used my homemade brand
*Do not add salt
Marinate chicken in above for few hours.
Fry in non stick griddle pan. Heat 2 tablespoon oil with 2 tablespoon Mexican spice and left over marinade.Brush over cooked fillets Garnish Serve as burgers 🍔 or with chips etc
