Ingredients:
1 cup castor sugar
2 eggs
1 ¼ cup cake flour (sieve)
½ cup oil
1/2cup milk
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method :
Beat together eggs, sugar till light and fluffy. Add in flour and mix well. Now add in oil, milk and beat again. Lastly add and vanilla essence. Bake on 180 degrees till done or a skewer comes out clean.

Syrup :
2 cups icing sugar
½ cup jam
A drop pink coloring
1 cup water
Method :
Boil together all ingredients till thick.
Cool syrup slightly, dip cakes in warm syrup and roll in coconut.
