500g Chicken Mince1 tablespoon Sun Brand Chicken Tikka spice+-1 teaspoon salt (or to Taste) 1 teaspoon dhana Jeera 1 Grated onion1 Full teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste½ teaspoon tumeric+- 1 teaspoon Green chilli paste1 teaspoon Lemon pepperLittle Mixed Herbs1 Cup Grated Cheese1 sliced Soaked bread (sides removed) ½ cup Oats¼ Cup Bread crumbsAdd some chopped dhania (coriander), mint, and shallotMix all well togetherTIPTake a small lump fry few minutes taste then ADJUST THE TASTE THEN Flatten on board and cut into diamond shapesPlace on a greased oven Tra bake for 10 minutes at 180 *Remove from Oven and Allow it coolOnce Cooled. Dip in Beaten Egg and CRUSHED CORN FLAKES Freeze and Fry when RequiredServe with Chutney/Dips Mash or chips and Green SaladENJOY And Rolls
