Make your favourite kabaab mixture and mould it on toothpicks Fry lightly in Rama
Potatoes sliced in rounds 1 tablespoon crushed red chilli 1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) Cook in little oil garnish with green dhania (coriander)
Puri 2 cups flour. 3 tablespoon melted butter or ghee (Clarified butter) rub together add 2 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon salt Mix all together. Add 2 tablespoon yoghurt or maas..mix dough with warm water and milk.. Leave to rest 5-10 minutes Roll out into one large rectangular then cut into rounds or cut into squares Fry Serve with chutneys and kachombar Enjoy😃
