Crispy masala fish fry @mubina_18 1 packet hake fish 1 tablespoon ginger 1 tablespoon garlicSalt to taste 1 teaspoon haldi 2 tablespoon red chili powder 3-4 tablespoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon garam masala 2-3 teaspoon paprika 1 tablespoon Chana flour 1 tablespoon lemon juice Mix all ingredients together. Add little water and make medium thick paste. Apply on fish and keep in fridge for 15-20 minutes. Shallow fry on medium flame until golden brown & crispy. Serve hot. ￼
