INGREDIENTS

2 kg chops I used double chops.Marinate with:¼ cup lemon 🍋 juice 3 tablespoon vinegar ½ cup tomato 🍅 sauce ¼ cup oil2 teaspoon chilli 🌶 powderSalt2 tablespoon 6 gun grill spice 2 teaspoon crushed chillies 🌶 2 teaspoon pepper 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic

METHOD

Marinate chops. Bake 45 minutes. Turning ½way.I served with mash & creamed corn 🌽
