1kg loin chops
1 tablespoon Calisto's texan spice
1⁄2 tablespoon Calisto's machine gun spice
1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon brown vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard powder
3 tablespoon Calcutta's/Spur's Bbq sauce
3 tablespoon tomato puree
2 tablespoon Cross & Blackwell Trim
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in flat pot.
Marinate chops and cook in low till almost done.
Place in oven on grill and allow to charr and redden.
Served with savoury rice, crumbed mushrooms and onion rings.
Note: do not add salt as the sauces and spices are salty.
